Once upon a time there was a young man named Chris.
Chris lived in a far away kingdom named Anabelland.(Named after the beautiful princess Anabelle.) (Ana for short)
Chris was the local shepherd. Everyday he would go out to the fields and herd the sheep.
He also happened to be the princess's best friend.
One day Princess Ana decided she needed to get married. All the young men in the kingdom wanted to be her future husband! So the princess thought of a plan to pick the very best, and absolutely most loyal young man she could find."The young man who can bring me a maiden more beautiful than myself shall be my future husband." She asked Chris to help her judge.
All at once the young men of the kingdom went out in search of the fairest maiden they could find.
One by one they would return to the palace and show the maidens to the princess and Chris.
One by one Chris would turn them away telling the princess-"No, she's not half as beautiful as you, but apparently that young man thinks so! He should marry her!"

Eventually all of the young men in the kingdom were married to the girls they had searched for, so Ana married Chris.

AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER.
The End.

(Not as good as it was in chalk, but I think I remembered most of it! lol)

As the dresser hung above Princess Natalie's head she started to think about all of the people she wanted to see,the places she wanted to go, the things she wanted to do...Resigning herself to her fate, the princess waited for the very hard *THUD* that was to be her dresser landing squarely on her ponytailed head. ....Wondering why she wasn't singing Holy,Holy,Holy with Mike,Pete, and Gabe yet, the princess looked up to find the dresser still floating ominously over her head...Just kind of sitting there...Not falling on top of her..Looking down she realized that*YAY!* one  of her plans had actually worked! For the evil dresser had been vanquished by the heroic innerspring mattress! Very grateful that she was not squished like a bug the princess rose, dusted herself off, and tried to figure out how to safely remove the mattress out from under the dresser. (If you are wondering why PN does not have a handsome prince to help her, it is because another of her plans(The one where the desk from this side of the room will move to that side of the room without getting stuck between the door and the bed) had failed.) So the princess, stuck in the tower, tried to stretch herself like a rubber band to  lift the dresser with one hand, and pull the mattress with the other. It worked! *Yay* Gently putting the dresser down the princess tosses the mattress onto the bed frame, and plops herself down onto it...or would have if she had not miscalculated the plop and fallen off onto the other side of the bed..."I guess that is my next project.." The princess thought ruefully. As I stated earlier the desk had wedged itself between the door and the bed, making the bed immobile. Pushing&pulling with all of her might, the princess finally gets one side of the bed to its rightful place! "the other side should be a cinch!" she thinks gleefully! Hopping the bed(For that is fun!) she tried the pushing&pulling method again...Much to the princess's dismay it did not budge. So she tried again. Nothing.Again.Zilch.Again.(She is either very persistent, or very dumb.) This time a metal Superman sign flew at her very unsuspecting head. (Do not worry, it only hit her ponytail.) Thinking it was very mean she was about to throw it into her pile of unwanted things when she had a brilliant idea! "I have a brilliant idea!" She thought. "I'll wedge this Superman sign in between the bed and the desk, and slide the bed over it!"  It worked! The bed slammed into the wall with a resounding *Thud* (Not like the *THUD* of the dresser killing her, but like the sound of a very obedient elephant sitting down for a peanut.) Happy with her success, the princess quickly moved the desk away from the tower door and fled  downstairs to live happily ever after! Join us next time to hear how she fared with the overstuffed bookshelf!
The End!

So I just got back from NC! It was AMAZING!!!!! Nicole came in 5th overall @ the National Right To Life convention's speech contest! I met some amazing people too! I hope I can get to nationals next year so I can see them again! Yesterday I went to an awesome party at some friends of mine's house! It was great! Between the volleyball, the ping-pong, the tag, and the fellowship, It was totally shu-weet!
And now I'm sitting here making/eating a chocolate cake. I'm going to decorate it with chocolate chips and sprinkles as soon as it's cool! It's not as good as the banana cake Cola made the other night, but at least it'll be pretty! lol

An ode to the Christian homeschooler: (read it! or else) ;) public schoolers may work from fall till Summer but that's what makes them so much dumber we may work the whole year round but you won't hear us make a sound we like to work; that's what makes us best. We are invincible -- we need no rest! So am I finished? heavens, no. as a matter of fact, I have to go. There are books to read, subjects to study, and boots to clean that I have made muddy. This is bad, I'm not good at rhyme. In fact, for this poem, no one would give a dime. But we homeschoolers rock, though we work endlessly. It all will be worth it, when I get my Bentley. I'll be a high-power lawyer, or perhaps CEO of a million dollar company. You never know! But I do know this, this poem's too long. If I continue, Katie may make a song. To my fellow homeschoolers: work hard! Do your best! Don't slow though you're tired, don't take time to rest. We haven't much time, just about 70 years to live on this earth, full of laughter and tears. So make it the most! live it abundantly! And when we get to heaven, it's then that you'll see. It is so worth it, all that we've done  in Christ's holy name to further His kingdom. So keep up the pace! Run, run, run! don't ever slow down, the work's never done! And one day we will enter His rest contented knowing we gave Him our best.

Ok...So if you have been on our homesite lately and checked out the original N.N.N.N page, well...I am truly sorry. lol I don't know what got into Kate...Why she would put word girl instead of some amazingly cool-i-o super, or an amazingly dashing cowboy, or even a dashing prince, I don't think I'll ever know...I don't mind really though..I wouldn't want Kate to be in trouble with the cool peeps!..Of course had she been Mike M I wouldn't have minded if he had been eaten by hulk!
